The Portal must not be used for business communications (such as commercial complaints). As a general practice, it is expected that any working issue will be resolved, if possible, between the employee and his/her colleagues and/or the relevant line manager, also informally
PROTECTION OF THE REPORTED PERSON
During the investigation process, the reported person subject to the allegation will be entitled, in any case, to defend himself/herself. Reports made with the intent to damage or libel the reported person, will result in action against the whistleblower on the basis of the measures envisaged under the company’s disciplinary system and evaluate the possibility of taking appropriate legal action.
PROTECTION OF THE REPORTER
Renantis undertakes to protect against possible intimidation and retaliation those who have made a report in good faith. Access to the Portal is managed in no-log mode in order to prevent the identification of the reporter.
