FILING NOTICE – MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING AND UPDATED BYLAWS

Milan, November 26, 2020 – Falck Renewables SpA announces that the minutes of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of November 17, 2020 together with the updated bylaws are available to the public at the registered office, on the Company website (www.falckrenewables.com, section “Ethics and Governance/Corporate Governance/Shareholders’ Meetings”) and on the authorized storage system “eMarket STORAGE” (www.emarketstorage.com).
