23 September 2021 – Tomorrow, at 4pm, we will take part in the "International Week of Happiness at Work 2021" organised by People 3.0. Our CEO Toni Volpe, our Global Head of HR & Organization, Anastasia Titova, and Luisa Della Monica, Global Learning & Talent Manager of Falck Renewables, will participate as speakers in the panel "Happiness and performance". The conference will focus on performance appraisal linked to wellbeing indicators and on the changing role of the manager, from a motivator to a leader who pays attention to discomfort in order to help the people find the right balance.
