Milan, 01 March 2022 – Falck Renewables S.p.A. announces today receipt, pursuant to Article 131, paragraph 4, letter b) of Consob Regulation adopted with motion No. 11971 of 14 May 1999, of the termination of the Shareholders’ Agreements following completion, on February 24, 2022, of the acquisition by Green Bidco S.p.A. of Falck S.p.A’s entire stake in Falck Renewables S.p.A. equal to no. 174,848,336 ordinary shares representing 60% of the Company’s share capital.
