DEPOSIT DOCUMENTATION FOR THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING ON APRIL 29/30, 2021
Milan, March 31, 2021 – Falck Renewables S.p.A. informs that the following documents are available to the public:
(i) the annual financial report including the draft separate and consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2020, the report on operations, the attestation pursuant to article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree 58/98, together with the Reports of the Statutory Auditors and the Legal Auditing Firm;
(ii) the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structures and
(iii) the Remuneration Report pursuant to Articles 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998 and 84-quater of Consob Resolution No. 11971/1999.
The aforementioned documentation is available on Falck Renewables’ website https://www.falckrenewables.com/en/corporate-governance/shareholders-meetings#29-04-2021 and on the authorized storage system “eMarket STORAGE” (available at www.emarketstorage.com). Today is also available, as described above, the first Consolidated Statement of Non-Financial information 2020 prepared in compliance of the European Directive no. 2014/95/EU, implemented into national law with Italian Legislative Decree no. 254/2016.
